Sharing the same form factor, this case supports both the Louder ESP32 Plus and Loud ESP32 Plus from Sonocotta. It provides access to all relevant ports during usage (power supply, IR, speakers) and a mounting hole for the external antenna. The bottom part includes two holes to screw mounting. The board is held in place by the top part.
No specific settings required for printing. I've tested it in PLA and ASA. No difficult overhangs or bridges, so no supports required.
The case was tested in multi-hour use with the Louder ESP32-S3 Plus with sendspin in PBTL mode, powering a large bookshelf speaker at room loudness. I wasn't observing any temperature issues.
If you have requests for additional features, let me know. The FreeCAD source and STEP files might be released later together with an open license.
