In the midst of all the Ontos remixes, I thought the original blaster profile deserved some love.
No changes to the blaster geometry, just added a 0.05mm emboss to the sides. This gets included in the first layer, but allows easy fill-painting of the "embossed" pattern. Pattern is different on each side to blend with screw holes and such.
For AMS printers, the color changes are only on the first few layers so there is very little time/material cost.
.3mf file is already painted and ready for Bambu AMS printers. Reminder to check on your number of bottom paint layers to improve color vibrancy.
As always, hand sketched and then traced to digital.
