I recently acquired some 18mm x 3mm neodymium magnets, N52 strength, for a project. Really strong for their size, but difficult to handle because of the strength. Came up with this little design to make it easier to pull individual magnets off of the stack. The 18mm diameter stacker works well with 15-18 mm disc magnets. While I was at it, I added the ability to handle smaller sizes as well - 8-12mm. The 18x3 pivoting separator works for both ends of the stacker.
Printing notes:
PETG
.2 layer (except for the bushing, which was .1 layers)
Part orientation for printing:
Stacker: Upside down
Separator: Upright
Bushing: laying horizontal for strength
Support ON (auto, normal) for the separator's bottom side pocket (although my prototype did print OK without support, just turns out cleaner with support.)
Brim ON for the bushing - to keep it stuck to the build plate
Hardware required:
(1) M4 x 35 button head screw
(2) M4 flat washer
(1) M4 nut
