No idea how many types of calipers these will fit on, but it's worth a try? The calipers in the photo are anytime shock-proof calipers, but they also seem to fit well on some no-name metal and plastic calipers I've found. Each foot adds 25 mm, so using both adds 50 mm to the reading. I've found about a .1 mm variance depending on how you put it on, but the average is pretty close to exactly 50 for my prints.
I print this at 100% infill in petg, although you can almost definitely adjust the settings slightly if you are getting over/undersized parts
