I was very enthusiastic about the 10" server rack components @fredmoff created. While printing and assembling the parts I needed, not everything fitted easily — some pieces had to be forced into place. So much force, in fact, that the triangular inserts attached to the corners broke off several times.

Looking at the design, I quickly saw that it lacked a fillet at the foot of that triangle, which would distribute the forces more evenly and make it stronger. So I reworked that. Because of that fillet, the xU legs no longer aligned exactly with the corner parts and needed a small inset, so I reworked those as well. Overall, I standardised the width of the triangular insets and pins and added a bit more clearance, so less force is needed during assembly. As a result, the triangular holes in the connectors now line up perfectly with the holes in the bars, which means the clips can be fitted by hand instead of with water pump pliers.

That said, I'm not trying to diminish @fredmoff's hard work — I just thought it needed some tender loving care, and I'd love to share it with you.
