There is a very common design for bota bags (a leather-covered pouch for carrying water to drink): two side panels of tan suede leather with a grey vinyl band between them, and red vinyl piping, with a two-part black plastic cap. I do not know if all bags that look like this use exactly the same caps, but I do know that this cap fits the pair that I purchased at a thrift shop (see photo).
This is the smaller, upper cap.
I recommend printing vertically, with the attachment eye at the top, and using supports. The 3mf model has painted-on support regions created in PrusaSlicer. Automatic supports from the build plate would probably also work. I printed in PETG with 0.15mm layers, 15% infill.
