Assembly

The electronics are assembled using point-to-point wiring and soldering. No custom PCB is required for the assembly.

Electronic modules are installed directly into the enclosure. The enclosure uses integrated mounting posts designed for thermal staking / heat-melting installation. After positioning a component, the plastic mounting post is heated and slightly melted with a soldering iron, forming a mechanical retaining head.
