I printed the clamps in PETG at 100% infill, but that"s just me anything probably works but please use a 0.4mm (normal) nozzle.
Assembly/use (it looks difficult but once you've done it once its easy)
press two m3 nuts into the rectangular holes on the top side of the clamp
cut a 5-6mm wide strip of thin brass sheet (0.3mm works)
bend the tip of the brass slightly towards youself and then slide it into the smaller slit on the right side of the clamp. Slide it to that it comes out of the hole towards you. Pull the end out (about 3mm) and fold it to the right.
insert a M3x12 screw into the hole where the brass plate is sticking out and screw it in about 5mm
pull the brass plate around the pipe or rod you want to clamp and slide it into the larger hole on the right side. Slide it through so that it comes out of the back of the clamp.
If you want to use a Dupont style jumper to connect to the rod, slide it into the tiny slit on the top of the clamp. it has to go under the brass plate.
pull on the end of the brass plate (the one sticking out of the back) so that the rod is held tight and start tightening the screw. Tightening will make the clamp hold stronger, but tightening too much can lead to the brass snapping so don't overtighten. About 1 or 2mm of the screw should stick out.
If you did't use a Dupont connector, you can solder your wire to the end of the brass sticking out the back.
Cut of the rest of the brass strip and use it for the next clamp.
You can mount something to the clamp with the other screw hole (on the left side
Congratulations, you're done yipiiii
