This is a simple thread on funnel for iK Multi spray bottles. It prints with no supports, and in less than an hour on a modern core XY printer. Recommend printing in PETG, but PLA will work as well.
Ever try to transfer from a 1 gallon container into the small opening of an iK sprayer? That's what lead me to make this. No more spilling product down the side of the bottle!
Recommended print settings:
PETG preferred, but PLA will work (PLA will have less chemical resistance)
Supports not needed!
0.2mm layer height, to ensure threads function
Print with the threaded side face up! The overhangs should be suitable for most printers
Thread type is 28-SP410 for reference. This may fit other spray bottles! To find out, you could drag the whole funnel below the bed and only print the threads. That should save a considerable amount of time.
