Since I couldn't find the correct direct extruder drive file for the stock Ender parts, I had to create it myself.
This fixed the threading issue for me. The previous models I found were slightly offset, causing the connectors to be misaligned.
My file doesn't include bushings for the guide wheel bolts.
You insert the bolt directly into the hole.
