Extension / Screwdriver Holder

Designed this item to be able to bolt or screw to a wall / tool box, and be able to hold screwdrivers and extensions. 

• The bolt holes fit ¼" bolts 

• Between these two files you can hold ¼"-½" Extensions and pretty much any screwdriver you desire

• The picture of mine is mounted on my US General tool cart, did anything fancy to mount just drilled straight through the lid. 

Usage / My experience with this item

• The holders in the picture I have been using for almost 4 years now without any issue. 

• Also have some of these bolted to the door in my service truck, as well as some just hanging with magnets. 

• Can be easily screwed to a wall, or any piece of wood. 

• Can bolt through peg board and use a couple washers on the back side of the peg board 

• Lots of different applications can be used in very simple design and works very well. 

Print Procedure 

• Nothing special, just PLA and a 15% grid infill, could use Gyroid infill and that will give them just a little bit of extra rigidity and help with any sag. 

• Printed fine without supports on my P1S but I know when I used to print these on my ender 3 v2 I did have to use some support on the holes, use your best judgment for your printer. 

Cons of this design

• There are not enough individual holes to have every length of extension in its own holes. This does not bother me, has never bothered me. I stack them as shown in the picture. With that being said, if anyone would like one with individual holes for each extension length 3",6", and 9" please let me know and I will modify and add another file.
