🌟 Key Features

  • Robust Construction: The wide baseplate and reinforced vertical support are designed to distribute weight effectively, providing exceptional stability and a high load-bearing capacity.

  • Secure Mounting: Features two pre-drilled, countersunk holes in the baseplate. This allows for a flush installation with standard screws (not included), ensuring a strong, wobble-free connection to the wall stud or drywall anchor.

  • Versatile J-Hook Design: The curved "J" shape securely retains items while allowing for quick and easy placement and removal. The end of the hook includes a small retaining lip to prevent items from sliding off accidentally.

  • Optimized for 3D Printing: The geometry is designed with strength in mind. Generous fillets at all critical stress points (where the hook meets the base) significantly reduce the risk of layer separation and increase overall durability. The flat back ensures perfect bed adhesion.

⚙ Specifications & Print Recommendations

  • Dimensions: (Insert your specific dimensions here, e.g., Baseplate length: 150mm, Total height: 100mm, Depth: 60mm)

  • Recommended Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended for superior strength, temperature resistance, and layer adhesion. PLA is not suitable for this application as it may deform under sustained load.

  • Print Settings (Guidance):

    • Layer Height: 0.2 mm or 0.24 mm

    • Wall Lines / Perimeters: At least 4-5 walls for maximum shell strength.

    • Infill: 35–40% (Gyroid or Grid pattern recommended for uniform strength).

    • Orientation: Print the baseplate flat on the bed. Supports may be required for the very end of the hook, depending on your printer's bridging capabilities, but most of the hook should print cleanly due to its gradual curve.

💡 Application Tip

For maximum load capacity, we highly recommend mounting this hook directly into a wall stud using appropriate wood screws. If mounting into drywall, ensure you use high-quality toggle bolts or self-drilling drywall anchors rated for the expected weight.

Happy Printing, and enjoy your newly organized space! Feel free to share your prints and how you use it in the comments.
