Hello!
I'm an Electrician making inserts for my tools.
This is a continuation/Revision of my Packout drawer modular insert system. The original I posted ended up having issues with part shrinkage that would pull and bend the long this walls. As a resalt the insert would have a poor fit in the box over time. I made the walls thicker and Increased tolerances which has solved the problem.
The end idea is to have a system that is easy to configure the way you store your tools and not have to reprint large sections of organizer.

Future Modules:
I was planning on doing battery inserts for the big two tool brands but most batteries don't fit in a efficient manner. So I will be making specialty inserts that fit with the system.
I still plan on adding a variety of tool inserts, bit holders and router bit organizers of varying assortments.
Insert Information:
Made to fit Milwaukee's 3 drawer tool box.
I have not fully tested it yet but, on paper it should fit with other Packout drawer inserts like from Milwaukee Dave and Jonah Pop.
Print Setting:
Layer height: 0.3mm
Walls: 4 perimeters
Top/bottom: 4 solid layers
Infill: 15%
