So as I was putting my G4 Cube setup back together after VCF this year, I didn't feel comfortable just...laying down the Cube's PSU on carpet where it might have issues pulling in air. So I whipped something up to stand it up and allow it to hopefully breathe easier.
In this orientation, the vents are completely unobstructed. There are notches cut out for the PSU's "feet", and a cable channel in the base to route the PSU's built-in cable through so you can have the IEC power cable and the PSU's built in cable routed out the same side. If you don't care about this, there's a version with this cable channel removed.
The pictured model (of a near-final revision, only change I made was rounding the corners of the base) uses a 0.24mm layer height for speed, but 0.2 will work just fine. If smoother curves are desired, use variable layer height. PLA should be sufficient for this, but you can use PETG for peace of mind.
If you have trouble with the cable channel, I find it easier to hold the cable in place in the channel with your fingers as you slide the PSU into place, guiding the cable into the channel as you slide. There's enough tolerance where you shouldn't have any issues doing this.
