Instruction
1. Install qty 4 M3 heat-set inserts

2. Attach the replaceable rim plate to the shell butt; secure with qty 6 #4 1/2" screws

3. Lay the catches and primer bits inside. Mind the orientation

4. Thread a piece of 3mm shock cord through the primer to secure it to the base. Tie knots on both ends and trim off excess

5. Secure to body with qty 4 M3x20 bolts

6. Assemble the carriage and the hook piece. Secure with qty 1 M3x20 or 25 mm self-tap

7. Weave in the 4mm shock cords. Cut three sections of ~300 mm long cord, and pass them through the carriage like the pattern below. The openings are small; to pass one head of a cord through an occupied opening, pull on the existing cord to compress the circumference

8. Make sure an equal length of cords is left on one side of the carriage. Tie a knot at each end (qty 6) at about 90mm mark

9. Make sure the carriage+ hook orientation matches the opening in the main body

10. Drop the carriage in the body. Install the rollers and the shell tip pieces and secure with qty 6 #4 1/2" screws

11. Wrap a piece of 3mm cord around the groove in the picture below 2 TIMES

12. Make a double loop on the single knot; pull tight until the cord shrinks to fit inside the groove. PERFORM OVER AREAS where the CATCH PIECE IS NOT PRESENT

11. Pull the carriage forward; the 6 pieces of cords will go 180 on the rollers

12. Grab two adjacent pieces of cord, pull back to the button, drop in both knots, and seat them in the opening at the end. These should feel a bit tensioned but not too tight. Repeat three times

13. Adjust power by manipulating the locations of the knots and the length of the cord. Once satisfied, trim down excess cord
