If you click Split to Objects in your slicer, the rear hatch will become a separate object. You could glue it in at an angle or leave it out.
Made for 1:32, if you want it in 1:24 I believe you need to scale up to 133%. Might be a problem for the axle hole in the chassis.
You'll need to make a tow hitch yourself. I made one out of copper wire which I attached to the underside of a cheap slotcar I had laying around, see photo.
Print the body/bed with supports!
