For the second time i had to replace the motor drive coupling, but this time around I made my own.
This is the coupling, which sits on the motor shaft.
Suggest using fiber reinforced nylon for this, since Braun original part is PA66-GF35.
I have used a very soft material - Sunlu EasyPA. So far (1 month) - no issues.
Apparently this same coupling fits model numbers: 4191 4192 4193 4194 and 4199, could be others.
To remove the original coupling it is enough to warm up the coupling itself with a hairdryer and pull hard by needle nose pliers. Original coupling isnt glued, only pressed on the shaft.
