The insert fits the box perfectly it just needs to be glued.
I used a standard cable binder to secure the drone in the box.
tips for gluing, apply glue everywhere but the “middle bar”. the bar that's below the drone. here you will need to put the velcro strap. By not gluing that part it allows for some movement of the velcro strap.
