E3NG v1.2 front brace:
About this Mod:
I had an issue on my E3NG v1.2 where the belt tension caused my front parts to pull closer to each other, making the gantry hard to move in the front, this also inturn got more pronounced when I tried to test fit my enclosure panels as they did not line up properly.
I came up with this mount for a 2020 extrusion that I had on hand as an extra from another printer build.
Requirements:
In order to install this mod to your E3NG v1.2, you require the following items:
2 x E3NG_1.2_2020_Brace_End_Cap
1 x 370mm 2020 Extrusion
2 x M4 x 20 SHCS
2 x M4 T-Nuts
Print settings:
Layer Height: 0.2
Infill: 40%
Infill type: Gyroid
Material: ABS or ASA
