And with this one, I’m officially jumping on the AI bandwagon! This is my first AI-generated 3D model. I usually prefer designing and sculpting from scratch in Blender and Fusion 360, but AI can save a lot of time during the creative process. It was a fun challenge turning the concept into a practical, printable model, and I’m looking forward to exploring this workflow further.

Print settings
A 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer height works well with 2 perimeters and 15% Gyroid infill pattern.
To avoid internal stringing, set to “Avoid crossing perimeters” and set the seam position to “Aligned”.
I used organic supports with the following settings:
Overhang threshold: 25 Degrees
Top contact Z distance: 0.29
Branch Diameter: 4mm
Branch Density: 50%
Supports on build plate only
Remove the part after the print sheet has cooled, then flex the sheet to release it.
Looks great if printed in white matte PLA filament.
