Details
3D printable replica of the rare Dakaware 3/4" red knob used on the Ghostbusters Ecto Containment Unit
This is designed to fit snugly over a standard 6mm potentiometer/switch shaft
It has a side hole for a M2.5 grubscrew (optional)
The reference knob has a white pointer but this isn't present in the film, so I have excluded that from this design
There are two variants available, both with and without clearance underneath. Without clearance is easier to print as it doesn't require supports, but the clearance could be useful if you're installing onto a potentiometer shaft with a hex nut on the front.
If printing with FDM, use a low layer height (or variable layer height) to smooth out the curved top surface as much as possible before sanding/painting
