You don't need a multi-material setup or a TPU print profile to make this container weatherproof. The cap uses a custom-engineered groove designed to fit a standard 1.75 mm TPU (or flexible) filament strand as a gasket!

Gasket Assembly & Preparation
Cut the Filament: Cut a piece of 1.75 mm TPU filament to exactly 264 mm (based on the internal groove diameter of 82.25 mm).
Bevel the Ends: For a seamless seal, cut both ends at a 45° angle where they join.
Insert & Glue: Press the strand firmly into the inner groove of the cap. A tiny drop of PU contact adhesive or CA glue with primer holds it permanently in place.
