This is a replacement centre LED diffuser cap for the Ubiquiti UniFi U6 Pro access point.
I designed it after the retaining clips on my original cap broke off. I think they may have melted, I am not sure, the cap just fell from the ceiling one day and all the clips were no longer connected. I reverse-engineered this from the original part (you can see in my picture how my clips broke off) and refined through multiple physical fit tests. The four snap clips now fit the U6 Pro correctly and the LED still comes through (see my other picture).
The exterior branding is not a direct rip off, the U is slightly different. I was honestly not sure if I would get in trouble for copyright if I copied it exactly. I printed face-down using an AMS
A small rounded notch is included along the outer edge so the cap can later be removed with a fingernail or thin plastic pry tool. It's probably not necessary to be honest but it felt like a nice touch.
