Hourglass-Cap for the injection-molded prusa holder.

You can make this hourglass work by putting a little bit of sand (preferably fine, rounded) inside. To close it, you need to glue an acrylic disk (40mm diameter) on top of it.
(e.g. like on from those sources: Minature Base 1 or Miniature Base 2)

The hourglas depression has a raised edge of one printline to make sure the acryl disk seals on the edges and seperate the glue from the sand during assembly.
Nevertheless I'd recommend to let the cap rest on its back till the glue is dry to make shure no sand gets glued to any unintended small leaks.

Edit(2026/09/30): I adjusted the diameter to fit the 40mm acrylic disk better. [updated .stl & .gcode data]

Sidenote: The print from the 3rd foto was a test print with the Core One of a friend. The gcode of this is uploaded as well. As soon as I obtained the remaining materials I'll upload a fully assambled one.
