A drop-in replacement hinge for the Aune AR5000 open-back headphones.
The geometry matches the factory headband curvature and uses threaded heat-set inserts for durable, repeatable assembly without stripping into plastic.
The stock headphone assembly uses fragile M1 screws threaded directly into plastic. This redesign upgrades the mounting hardware to M2 machine screws paired with brass heat-set inserts, providing far stronger clamping force, increased durability, and wear-free disassembly.

6× M2 × 8 mm Screws
1× M2 × 5 mm threaded heat-set insert (retention screw)
