With your permission, here is a "remix" of the standard, bland case for the T12 soldering station.
Everything possible has been simplified. The "top" part now serves as the main structural element, while the bottom plate acts as the actual lid, sliding into place to close the housing.
Naturally, you will need the DSK T12 controller board itself. I designed this for the Chinese clone; the genuine board has slightly different component positioning, and the connector on the clone mounts from the inside (whereas the original mounts from the outside). The Chinese board is MUCH more powerful and heats up faster. If you wish, you can modify the top part to fit the original board.
You will also need a standard power supply board 24V 2A, a typical 21x15 mm rocker switch, an internally mounted IEC320 C8 power socket, and a simple soldering iron holder secured with an M4 screw. The power supply is attached to the plastic using M3 screws, while the switch and socket are glued in place. The lid is secured with self-tapping screws.
I printed case this using PETG, but PLA would work just as well (the bottom plate is printed using stock Flashforge HS-PLA), as the power supply heats up moderately. The recess for the cleaning sponge requires a huge amount of support material; I would recommend splitting the part, though you can print it as a single piece, just as I did.
The indentations on the bottom plate are designed for adhesive 12x12x3 mm rubber feet.
