I've created a set of blank panels. from 1 cm tall to 8 cm tall (the rack uses 1 cm gaps between holes rather than standard rack units). These panels can be used to cover blanks openings or to remix for custom equipment.
A Note on the Initial Rack Assembly
The original model doesn't give much info on assembly. To do the assembly, I used:
- 16 M3 x 25mm bolts (to attach the braces)
- 8 M3 x 16mm bolts (diagonal on the faces)
- 24 M3 nuts
It looked like the braces might have been setup to use M4 bolts, but my print didn't quite fit them (could have been a small tolerance issue with my printer).
Assembling, it didn't seem like there was any difference between left and right for anything. You could just flip them around.
