Belt Roller Support
The Belt Roller Support is a CAD modeling project for a mechanical assembly consisting of a wheel with a radial geometry, a central shaft, structural supports, and a mounting base.
Overview
The assembly was developed in Fusion 360, using 3D modeling to construct all the individual parts.
The wheel is the "central" element of the design—featuring a circular shape, internal spokes, and various details (though not too many!). Surrounding it, two side supports hold the axle in place, while a bottom base ties the structure together and provides mounting points.

Componentes do conjunto
Roller
The assembly's main circular component, featuring a structure formed by spokes. Its shape is the central element of the model.

Shaft
Located at the center of the roller, it connects the roller to the side supports. Its positioning keeps the assembly aligned and provides an understanding of how all the parts fit together.

Side supports
These are the two green parts located at the ends of the axle. They support the assembly and keep the roller positioned above the base. Yes, the angled braces—they help form the support structure.

Base
The base supports the brackets and has 4 mounting holes near the corners to insert the screw and attach the two pieces together.

3D Printing Manufacturing
The model can serve as a starting point for a study on 3D printing-based manufacturing, provided that the geometry is prepared and validated for this process.
Before manufacturing the parts, it will be necessary to:
Evaluate minimum thicknesses, clearances, and print orientation
Download the STL models
Review each part in the slicing software before starting the print
Determine how the parts will be joined and secured
Check for any interference between the wheel, the axle, and the supports
As I mentioned earlier, when printing, you must take into account factors such as strength, stability, and rotational capacity; furthermore, suitability for manufacturing must be verified before any practical application.
