Thicker tangs resulting in a slightly larger diameter to grip the seestar s50 pro tighter.
I would also recommend printing this particular piece in PETG. It has more flexibility and strength (tangs less likely to break off). I used matte black PLA for the shield itself.
As the original author noted, print with adaptive layer heights using very thin layers for the thread portions. For this model, that pretty much all of it. I also recommend using scarf joints. I was able to print perfect threads with PETG.
