For now this is a WIP so I have not bothered to export all necessary models. For now it's only the FreeCAD file. You can look at the design logic and export the models yourself as well as improve upon the design itself.
The main features of the redesign are as follows:
CoreXY instead of Cartesian. Heavily inspired by the Mercury One mod.
Larger print area. Currently it has a 314x314 bed and theoretical printable area of 314x260.
Toolhead designed around BLTouch, Phaetus Rapido UHF and Orbiter 1.5 or 2.0.
The bed motion system has a dual Z stepper motor/axes but instead of the stock Ender5 this system is placed outside the frame. This way a larger bed can be built into the frame.
The X motion system consists of two 10mm rods, rather than the stock 2020 extrusion with V slot wheels. This is what I had laying around, there is no better reason than that.
The Y motion system uses two oversized 24 mm rails of over 500mm length. They are longer than the frame. I was able to get these through my job from discarded lab equipment. The YtoX mounts also allow for MGN12 rails but you will need to put a few spacers under the model to get the belts to the right height. This I have not designed yet.
