Halloween Witch Lantern

A chubby little witch lantern with a "reveal when lit" effect. By day its shell stays smooth: a wide-brimmed pointed hat with its ribbon, a face with a hooked nose and a wart, braids, and pointed buckled shoes. Slip an LED tea light in through the arch at the back and hidden motifs appear through the translucent wall, spread all around the body, head and hat: moons, stars, sparkles, bats, a pumpkin, a cat and a ghost.

• Motifs are carved from the inside only, so the outside stays perfectly smooth

• Thin wall of about 1.8 mm for strong contrast when lit

• Supports in critical areas only

• Size: about 101 × 105 × 160 mm

• 100 mm round base with two different-sized pegs (6 and 8 mm), so it can only be assembled one way

• Three files: the figure, the base, and the whole lantern as a single piece

• Designed for an Anycubic Kobra X-class printer, in PLA

LED tea lights only, never a real flame. White, natural or light-colored filament gives the best glow.
