Cable organizer that actually holds cables. Free.
Straight-slot holders let cables fall out and lightweight blocks walk across the desk — the two most common complaints. I fixed both with geometry: a steep 7.5→4.5mm taper that bites thin USB-C cables, a ballast chamber you fill with washers or nuts so it never slides, and dovetail side-links so you can chain units into 6/9/12-slot rails. Print several, link them end to end.
