Prusacaster Hexagonal Headstock – Wide Brim + Inserts
This is the headstock version I used for my Prusacaster build.
The original hexagonal headstock was modified with a wider front brim/lip, and I also made a complete set of matching 14.5 mm hexagonal inserts.

Printing
I printed the parts in PLA / Hyper PLA.
Print at 100% scale
0.20 mm layer height works well
Check the first layers of the widened brim in the slicer before printing
The insert 3MF is already arranged as a single print plate
The inserts used in this version are 14.5 mm.
Fit
This version was made for my Prusacaster build. As guitar kits and printed parts can have small dimensional differences, I recommend checking the fit before making any permanent modifications to the headstock.
