The physical Gate. This is the 3D-printable chassis for Zilla Gen-1 — a 50mm programmable-matter block: hand-placed smart magnetic cubes whose coupling is governed by a deterministic safety kernel. The payoff demo: a block that refuses a forbidden detach because the kernel said no.

WHAT'S IN THE FILES

- Face plate (x6 per block): 50x50x4mm, 45-degree chamfer, EPM pocket dia 10.5, 4x M3 pilot holes

- Core cradle (x1 per block): open tub, full tray, battery retainer, perfboard standoff pads

- Both parts print support-free: plate outer-face down, cradle tray down

HONEST STATUS — v1.0 CAD

Both STLs are verified watertight in CAD. Nothing is printed yet — first print is in progress, and every dimension is an estimate until calipers say otherwise. First-print checklist: interior is 42mm (not 46); wind one coil and measure its OD before printing all six plates; verify the 602030 battery bay against your actual cell before printing all four cradles.

PRINT SETTINGS (starting point)

0.2mm layers, 3 walls, 20% gyroid infill, PLA.

ELECTRONICS (not included — shell only)

ESP32-C3 Super Mini, 602030 LiPo, 6x EPMs per block, perfboard. Firmware answers MOVE with ERR_INVALID_COMMAND: Gen-1 blocks don't move. Locomotion is Gen-1.1, gated behind proven magnets and a proven gate.

AI-assisted design, verified watertight STL. Images shown are CAD previews rendered from the actual STL geometry — not printed parts.
