Description
This is a remix. The container itself is unchanged. I added a small lifting frame on top so it can be picked up with a crane or a hook.

What I added

  • Two struts, one on each long side wall, forming a flat inverted V. They are as thick as the container wall (1.5 mm) and sit flush on the wall, with nothing overhanging on the inside.

  • A solid gusset at the apex, so the joint where the struts meet is not a weak point.

  • A notch in the underside of the gusset, 1 mm deep and 2.4 mm wide at the opening, with sloped sides. A hook or wire sits in it and stays centred, so it does not slip sideways.

  • The frame is centred above the centre of gravity of the empty container, which sits at roughly x = −1.0 mm.

Dimensions (mm)

  • Container: about 40 × 21 × 18.

  • Frame: 7 mm above the container’s top edge.

  • Struts: about 35° to the horizontal.

  • Frame width along the container: 3 mm.

  • Clearance under the apex: a bit over 3 mm, so use a hook wire of at most about 2.4 mm.

Units
The STL values are in inches (they correspond to round millimetre values). If your slicer reads them as millimetres, the model looks tiny and needs scaling by 2540 %.
