I designed this after getting my first ball grip screwdriver and not being able to find a model to print online, so I went through many iterations for the best grip and comfort and finally landed on this one.
Printing recommendations:
Material: I used PETG but you could also print this in either PLA or ABS.
Perimeters: I suggest using 3-4 perimeters.
Infill: I would use 25%-50% infill (I used gyroid but you can use your preferred pattern)
Brim: I suggest using a brim of 15mm or more for this model depending on your printers capabilities.
Assembly:
After printing you will need to push either a 1/4" or 6.35mm hex bit extension into the end of the screwdriver, you can use any length or type you want as pictured bellow.
