I present my compact case for the Waveshare C5 Dual USB-C with both internal and external antenna. This is designed around using a very particular sized 1000mah battery I have linked below, along with a small microswitch. I used the included UFL to RP-SMA that comes with the board, some of those adapter have a much larger internal nut that may or may not fit.
NOTE: The internal antenna case is untested, however, it is identical to the external case in design other than it is 5mm longer to allow a pass through for the cables from the front chamber to the back as the on board antenna is in the way compared to the external antenna model, that being said, it should work without issue.

Assembly notes:
It is assumed you know how to safely work with lipo batteries, soldering, etc.
The onboard battery connection is a 1.25 JST
I put the switch on the positive lead.
I would recommend doing your best to solder the switch with the wires coming off at a right angle, it is tight inside, intentionally, to keep the form factor small.
Again, it is snug, I would recommend installing the RP-SMA first, then adding components.
The switch is held in place by the pressure of the battery door, I used one that stands 5mm proud from the body of the switch, I would recommend one that is 3mm proud to prevent accidental switching if you were going to toss this in a pocket or something.
I printed this at a layer line of 0.16 on an X2D, PLA or PETG.
The tolerances are tight, intentionally, decent print, take your time, minimal post processing. If you have the option of a support interface material I highly recommend it.
