After installing the drybox system on my INDX Coreone the PTFE tubes kept coming out of the filament sensor block. I looked at several ways to improve the tube capture and came up with this.
The orange part (clamp) is printed in PETG and is a simple interference fit so no modification to the sensor is necessary, just slide it on. But first, insert the TPU seals. The TPU seals are tapered inside so the seal tightens around the tube as it is inserted.
So far the tubes have not fallen out.
