A 200 mm double helix that prints in one piece with no supports: two backbone strands wind in a right-handed helix with a visible major and minor groove (strand B is phase-shifted like in real B-DNA), joined by 14 bold, flat base-pair rungs every ~11.5 mm, shaped as shallow roofs, with a waist in the middle where the hydrogen bonds are. The octagonal plinth carries an engraved DNA label. Every overhang is 40-42 degrees: the helix pitch is stretched and each base pair is a shallow roof whose halves grow from both strands and meet in the middle, and each base pair is a roof whose halves climb from both strands to meet in the middle - that is what makes it printable. PETG or PLA, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, slow outer walls; great for classrooms and desks.
