This chamber heater uses a 500W PTC heater.
The heater I selected is insulated and consequently unlike many others has no live voltage on the fins. This is an important safety feature!

I have included a thermal fuse cover to make sure that the 230V terminals are also not exposed. The insulators on the spade terminals is retained in place with a zip tie around each wire (Please see photo). This is cleverer than it looks, because these insulators must be slid back to get access to the spade terminal detents that retain the spade terminals in place.

I printed all parts in PPA-CF as it has excellent high heat performance.
PAHT-CF or PPS-CF would also be suitable materials.

I made my thermistor clamp from aluminium plate.

I use a regulart PT1000 thermistor to monitor the surface temperture of the heater and I limit the surface temperature to 100C in my klipper configurations.

It uses two PFB0524HHB fans. These fans have so far proven durable and reliable.

BOM (Build of Materials)

1 x 220V 500W PTC ceramic insulated heater. (probably also available in 110V versions)

2 x PFB0524HHB fans.

4 x  4mm x 65 mm SHCS (Socket Head Cap Screws) are required. These screws mount the heater to the top of the fan frame and extend through the legs to mnount the assembly to the floor or side of your printer.

I use a separate thermistor (not positioned directly over the bed) to measure the chamber temperature at about the height of the print head.
