This is a combination of parts that adds up to a fairly compact geared extruder, with mounting ears to attach to 2020 extrusions. See HC300-NOTES.md for assembly instructions.
exploded_view.stl shows how everything goes together.
I haven't yet gotten around to finishing my Hypercube, but I recently converted my A8 to bowden extrusion, so I whipped up a mounting adapter and put it on the A8 for testing. Preliminary testing looks good so far.
(Project mirrored at https://gitlab.com/salfter/hypercube-300-remix/tree/master/extruder/geared_3. The FreeCAD file and other resources used to produce exploded_view.stl is over here, if you want to play with the visualization a bit more.)

Notes:
2 and 3 perimeters (use Cura's "alternate extra wall" feature), 4 top and bottom layers, and 100% infill, because these parts need to be as strong as you can make them. I might even have used 3 and 4 perimeters instead of 2 and 3; I can't recall for sure right now. :)
With the fasteners tightened down and the tension dialed up a bit, it was quite strong...still had to take it back apart because some fasteners had come undone. Make sure you use either threadlock or nylock fasteners; if you use threadlock, test it to make sure it's compatible with the plastic you're using.Keeping this tagged "work in progress" until my Hypercube 300 is up and running.
