The metal sheet mount for my front bike light broke of recently so I designed this as a replacement.
It's just long enough for my bike lamp (Addview Nova M40) to clear the cantilever break lines but hopefully still sturdy enough to withhold bumpy rides. After about a week now it's still holding up perfectly.
If your lamp fits the hole then the bolts that came with it should fit with this mount as well. Otherwise any M6x16 bolt and nut (one side has a hex pattern to hold the nut) will do.
Print without autogenerated supports, the model already has supports included.
I used 5 perimeter and 30% infill with a 0.6mm nozzle, which was probably way overkill.
Make sure to set the layer height such that the holes get properly bridged. The bridges are very short, so I recommend disabling thick bridges for better dimensional accuracy.
Make sure to use a layer height that prints the bridged holes in three layers. The step size is 0.2mm, so smaller than 0.2mm or something that makes the slicer still create three steps will work.
This is how it looks with a 0.25mm first layer and 0.22mm layer height and how it should look:
