Designed For: Standard 21700 size lithium-ion batteries (21mm diameter).
Modular Design: The interlocking hexagonal (honeycomb) shape allows you to combine multiple holders into rigid and organized battery arrays.
Spot Welding Access: Features a center hole at the base for easy terminal access during spot welding or wire routing.
Recommended Print Settings:
Material: PETG or ABS/ASA recommended for impact resistance and thermal stability (PLA can also be used for basic storage).
Layer Height: 0.20 mm or 0.16 mm.
Walls / Perimeters: 3–4 walls for maximum structural strength.
Infill: 15% – 20% (Gyroid or Grid).
Supports: None needed (Print directly on the bed)
