Flexible bumper case to protect the Dexcom One/One+ CGM receiver from falls, etc.
Useful features
Includes hanger loop to tie the receiver to whatever you wish (the original receiver does not have a place to tie a string to).
Includes cutouts for the receiver's USB port and loudspeaker.
Can be printed without supports (see below)
IMPORTANT NOTES - how to print this model without supports - two options:
Use wave overhangs - it works, but the overhangs will look very rough
To properly print this model without supports, use the provided manual supports. Print them in PETG with a 0.2 mm layer height before printing the shell in TPU. Add pauses to the GCode when slicing the shell/bumper before the USB port bridge and before the top "retention lip" 90 degree overhang. Slice the shell/bumper using a 0.2 mm layer height. Place the bottom support on the first pause. Place the top support on the second pause. The provided support structure has been designed for and tested with a 0.2 mm layer height on both the support and the bumper. Not following the provided layer heights may result in the nozzle colliding with the support structure. You should be able to easily remove the support structure from the shell once printing is finished.
