Remix this encoder to meet the parts I had lying around, also made some personal adjustments. Updated to include Mount for 2020 extrusion on my Voron.

Parts

Everything was printed in PLA at 0.15-0.25 layer height, except the Axle_Wheel and the optional Side Mount Guide which was print with TPU at 0.15 layer height.

There is a cutting tool for the PTF tube (Remix_Cutting_Tool.stl) which can be used for straight cut or curve to the wheel.  Be sure when inserting the PTF tube, you stop before it touches the wheel or it will jam it.

Mounting options for the sensor.

  1. Top Mount Direct Drive (Remix_Body_Mount.stl) which is for a top extrusion bar which works for a top feed direct drive unit.
  2. Side Mount (Remix_Body_FrontMount.stl) which is for off the side of an extrusion bar, this is the one I use for my Voron and replace the existing PTF tube holder.
  3. Stepper Mount (Remix_Body_MountSide_Base.stl) which is for where a bowden stepper would be on a bed slinger. This one has the bearing wheel for tight cornering of the filament.
