the cubes dimension are 54mm * 54mm * 56mm
numbers of parts:
- corner: 8x
- edge: 8x
- mid: 2x
- core: 2x
- core(1): 2x
- antipop: 2x
- front caps: 2x
- side caps: 2x
- top/bottom caps: 2x
- 1x - screw with max 3,4mm diameter with head max 7mm (hole is 7,5mm) and lenght 25-30mm (but there is some room for a bit longer screw)
- 1x - nut for this screw
- 1x spring (I used some spring from pen and it works just fine)
I printed it on 0,2 layer height with 2 perimeters, 3 bottom and top layers but you can use even higher amounts for stronger parts and bigger rigidity. You shouldn´t have problems with tolerances but I recommend sanding the parts a bit.
assembly:
- Glue together core and core(1) with superglue (i dont recommend gluegun due to close tolerances) and make sure they are perfecly aligned so use some flat surface like spatula.

- After that take mid part and glue it together so that the holes in core and mid aligne.

- Then take antipop part and glue it to this whole thing. Also the holes must aligne.

- repeat this to the second side
When the superglue fully cured and all the pieces are sanded you can just simply assemble the puzzle by filling all the tracks with the corners and edges and then scew the two halves together.
If you have troble with assembling it here is assembly tutorial of square-1.
Its important to not have the screw tension too loose because you can have a lot of lockups but there shouldn´t be too much of them.
caps (stickers)
I made stl´s for each side. You can use the standard color scheme but if you want something funny or a bit confusing you can make something random.
I also added every sticker alone if you need to print only one again so you don´t have to print the whole side again.
I glued every cap with super glue except for the center caps, because there is the screw and you can change the color scheme (white or yellow/black on top)
finishing
After this the only thing misses is lubing the cube and some custom logo sticker. Here´s video on how to make yours - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0-QpAKxf-o
If you know how to improve my cube or my english is bad you can correct me :)
