Created with Fusion 360 then airbrushed.
The individual parts were glued (cyanoacrylate) to the base after printing (& painting).
The following Vallejo airbrush colours were used to complete the look.

Hawkeye text - Medium Yellow (71.002) & Light Livery Green (72.733) - 3:4 ratio
Rings - White (71.001) & Light Grey (71.050) - 9:1 ratio
Centre dot - Alien Purple (72.776) & Purple (69.012) & Blue (71.004)
Base - Sprayed with White Knight Black Flat Finish rattle can (but any brand will do)
