2023-07-02 edit - Here's another spool holder, this one with ball bearings for lower friction (not as easy to make): https://www.printables.com/model/518331-spool-holder-v2-for-printed-solid-enclosure

This spool holder is for this Printed Solid enclosure: https://www.printedsolid.com/products/next-gen-safety-enclosure-for-prusa-style-printers

Printed Solid provides a model of a spool holder at that page but after printing it and using it, I found that it's not well designed. The hole in the base plate isn't well-aligned with the extruder on the printer, and the hole should be a slot. Your printing might benefit from you using the spool holder that I'm providing here instead of the original one provided by Printed Solid.

I recommend printing this out of PETG, ASA, or another plastic with more temperature resistance than PLA. I printed one of these out of PLA and it sagged heavily when the enclosure got hot. Also, print with a brim.

Here's the Onshape CAD model in case you want to copy and modify it: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/22cb06e9596a85f495c3ba4a/w/177f72f66219baa6eee97515/e/3f87d82ed8281cf83c9d15d1?renderMode=0&uiState=62812ee0bac013545b670564
