To make these bottom paper filters for espresso you'll need:
- A Chemex square paper filter (non-affiliate link)
- A 2.25in EK paper punch (non-affiliate link)
Fold the square paper filter in half and punch (here is a video tutorial by jkim makes). Each Chemex filter provides 20 espresso sized ones.
