The bottle opener assists people with arthritis, limited finger dexterity or other disabilities to open standard water bottle caps (⌀ 30 mm or 1.18 in).
The device provides a large gripping surface and clamps onto the caps of standard water bottles with a small squeeze, allowing users to remove or screw on water bottle caps. It also has a narrowed feature that can be used to help open the pull tab of a can.
